Memorandum of understanding and cooperation was signed
April 18, 2012 a memorandum of understanding and cooperation was signed between JSC "Regional Center for Public-Private Partnership of East Kazakhstan region" and LLC Law Firm «GRATA».
The main provisions of the memorandum are: development of a common position on the interpretation of legislation in the field of public-private partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development and coordination of joint programs and projects for the development of public-private partnership in Kazakhstan, the organization of meetings, seminars, conferences and forums to explain the norms of the current legislation in the sphere of public-private partnerships.
