In East Kazakhstan region the first PPP contract was signed in sports
The head of the East Kazakhstan region, Danial Akhmetov conducted the meeting with director of LLP «Tarlan Batyrlary» Bahtiyar Artayev. They discussed prospects for the development.
This contract is an effective example of PPP in sports according to the words of the Head of the region.
Contracts in education and healthcare spheres were concluded before.
According to this project, the private partner would organize work-out session in fives strength sports, and provide support services.
Children"s coverage is 350, moreover, the sports complex will be available and for adults at evening time of day.
– Children will practice absolutely free, – noted the director of LLP «Tarlan Batyrlary» an Olympic champion on boxing, Bahtiyar Artayev. – Also, here will be sections for special needs children. Overall it is doing for popularization of strength sport.
Contract term is three years, throughout the term hereof the government will compensate operating costs by means of regional budget.
