Akimat of Mangystau region represented by SD “Passenger transport and automobile roads department of Mangystau region" announces an open competition to determine the concessionaire under the concession project "Construction of the bus station in the city of Aktau" (The construction and exploitation, which will be implemented on the basis of a concession agreement)

Object of the concession - Bus station in Aktau

The competition isopen to all potentialconcessionaireswhocomplywith therequirements of article18 of the Lawof the Republic ofKazakhstan"On Concessions"andthe tender documentation.

The contest will be held on: November 26, 2014 in the building of the regional akimat room 115, 14 md., Building №1.

Potential concessionaires can obtain the tender documents from the date of official publication in the mass media, Republic of Kazakhstan, Mangystau region, Aktau, 14 md., Building №1, Akimat of Mangystau region, 1st floor, room 112.

Applications for participation in the competition are represented by potential concessionaires or their authorized representatives to the competition organizer delivered or by using a custom postal service: Republic of Kazakhstan, Mangystau region, Aktau, 14md., Building 1, Akimat of Mangystau region, 1st floor, room number 114 due to3 p.m. of November 26, 2014.

General information about the construction and exploitation of the bus station in the city of Aktau

Construction of the bus station that complies with the modern requirementsprovides appropriate levels of capacity 1,200 passengers initially, increasing to 3,900 passengers per day.

Location of theconcession project - Aktaucity

The period of Concession - 30 years.

The construction period of the concession - 3 years

Theexploitation period of the concession - 27 years

The total area of property for the construction and exploitation of the bus station, service station with a car wash and access roads - 2.7 hectares (cadastral number of the land 13-200-045-423);

In order to enable the Concessionaire for realization the Concession project, if it is necessary (in consultation with the Concessionaire) there is possibilityof state support in the form of in-kind grant for diversification: land, located in the Mangystau region, Aktau, on the way Aktau - Airport, Industrial Zone №9, land №2 for the construction and operation of the hotel complex for 100-150 seats (swimming pool, sauna, cafe-bar, gym) mall) shopping center, shopping and entertainment center, conference hall with the venue of the exhibition, trade fair complex with aqua park, "camping" (hotel with parking) and access road - 1.58 hectares (cadastral number of the land 13-200-045-424).

Concessionaire is provided by compensation of investment costs in accordance with the budget legislation.
