Memorandum of understanding and co-operation
On June 11, 2015, memorandum of understanding and co-operation was signed by “Regional center of public-private partnership of the East Kazakhstan region” JSC and Astana city"s branch “Hayuan karzhy zholy” of LLC “Xinjiang company of Hayuan power equipment of Chinese shipbuilding industrial corporation”.
The main goal of this memorandum is attracting investment to the economical development of the East Kazakhstan region.
